Nevsky Hostel Review and Information

St Petersburg, Russia

Hostel Description:

Nevsky Hostel is a well run hostel that is the budget priced option of a very high end hotel chain in St Petersburg. Being a hostel, you still have the dorms, communal kitchen, etc that you find in most hostels, yet because it is part of a high end hotel chain, Nevsky Hostel has great connections for getting Visa registration done quickly as well as many other well thought out amenities like TV's in all the dorm rooms.

Staff: 85%

The Nevsky Hostel staff was very friendly, and tried their hardest to be helpful. They didn't all speak the best of English (one girl spoke it pretty well) but they tried earnestly to help you out in any way possible.

Final Thoughts:

Everyone I met who stayed at Nevsky Hostel all agreed that it was one great hostel. Nevsky Hostel had all the ins-and-outs taken care of from the ultra secure entry, full kitchen, free Wi-Fi and they even had nice extras like having a TV in each of the dorm rooms (this is the first time I have seen that in dorms). Nevsky Hostel also did a great job of registering my Visa quite quickly and the staff was super friendly. The location also can't be beat, you can literally be on the square of the Hermitage within five minutes. This is a great place to stay at and I highly recommend staying here for a budget minded vacation in St Petersburg.

Would I Stay There Again?:
