City Bike Nunne Review and Information

Tallinn, Estonia

Hostel Description:

City Bike Nunne is a hostel located in the heart of the old town of Tallinn. What it lacks in size it makes up for with cleanliness and value.

Location: 95%

I thought the location was the best part of City Bike Nunne. It is located right in the heart of the Old Town of Tallinn near some great restaurants, bars and all the sites of the city.

How Clean is it?: 85%

City Bike Nunne was cleaned every day so I don't have any complaints in that department.

Any Character?: 75%

City Bike Nunne didn't have much in the way of character (at least in the dorm area upstairs where I was staying).

How Fun was it?: 70%

City Bike Nunne wasn't a very fun place. The common room upstairs shares an open wall with one of the dorms so you can't be in there too late at night. Also, the bathrooms are so small that showing in them if you are a big guy like me isn't easy. It is however conducive to meeting other travelers so if you meet a good group of people, you'll have a fun time regardless.

They had doubles, twins, dorms, free maps, free internet, free Wi-Fi, hot water, common room, kitchens, free tea, secure entry, reception desk and bike hire.

Value for your Money: 80%

City Bike Nunne had a reasonable price for what they offered.

Bar:

They did not have a bar.

Internet:

They had one computer with free internet along with free Wi-Fi.

Food:

They did not offer any food.

The Extra Good:

City Bike Nunne's location can't be beat, you're close to everything you need in Tallinn (except you are a bit of a hike to the nearest grocery store).

The Extra Bad:

The bathrooms were way too small. Taking a shower in them if you aren't a munchkin is an ordeal.

Final Thoughts:

I enjoyed staying at City Bike Nunne. It's clean, has comfy beds, good location and friendly staff. It isn't the best place though with the tiny common room, no breakfast and small bathroom so after my stay here, I went back to staying at Euphoria which I had a great time at.

Would I Stay There Again?:

Yes, but only if Euphoria hostel was booked.
